Behavior rules in “Riviera” ice-rink

These Rules are for the visitors of “Riviera” ice rink (hereinafter the Ice-rink).
The visitors of the Ice-rink must follow the Rules. The Ice-rink is the place only for leisure and entertainment of its guests.
1. Every visitor can spend a certain time according to the prepaid period and according to the schedule approved by administration.
2. Information boards near the ticket office content a plan of the Ice rink, working schedule, time intervals for skating, technical breaks for ice refinement.
3. Prices are shown in the information board and leaflets on the ticket office counters. Minimal price for the ice-rink includes 60 min. time of skating. Minimal time of skate renting is 1 hr. 30 min. (60 min – skating, 30 min – dressing).
4. Trainer service is available for the visitors. Service price is shown in the price list, the information board and the leaflets on the ticket office counters.
5. The skates are rented at the point in commercial service area. 500rbl. to 2000 rbl. fine is taken in case if skates are damaged or lost. The ice rink administration reserves the right to impose a fine for the damaged skates.
6. A visitor is to keep the entrance ticket and a cloak room key until the end to return it to the ticket office. Entrance ticket is valid for one person only and not allowed to hand it over to other people. 100 rbl. fine is taken if a cloak room key is damaged or lost.
7. A visitor enters the Ice rink through the turnstile after the Ice rink assistant announces about the beginning of a new session. A visitor can skate only within the time he paid for. In case if a visitor is late for a session paid for the money is not returned. When there are too many people the Ice rink manager may stop tickets selling.
8. It is recommended to wear a knitted cap and gloves when skating.
9. Photo and video are not allowed until a prior permission of the administration.
10. Every visitor determines himself his or his children’s ability to visit the Ice-rink considering the state of health.
11. Children under 10 are allowed to the Ice-rink only with adults. The adults undertake obligations never leave their children alone or without a trainer, if they paid for such a service. Children under 16 are recommended to wear hard hat and equipping.
12. When a signal is given the visitors are to leave the Ice rink for a technical break.
13. It is not allowed to bring food, drinks, outer clothing to the Ice rink area. Visitors can leave their things in the cloak room, located in the commercial zone of the Ice rink. Administration bears no responsibility for the things and money left in the cloak room.
14. It is strictly forbidden to enter the ice rink in alcoholic or drug intoxication. Smoking is not allowed. Fine for smoking is 500 rbl. It is not allowed to hollow or pick the ice with skates or other things, as well as to throw things, pour liquids and other compounds, use explosive and flammable compounds, stay on ice when refinement, enter the ice area without skates and with sledges, skate with racing skates. A fine is taken for intentional damage of ice surface. 500rbl. fine is taken for the climbing over ice rink board.
15. It is not allowed to skate with high speed as it is hazardous to other visitors. It is recommended to move together in the flow of the majority of people and pay maximum attention to the children near you.
16. In case of misbehavior, administration has a right to demand a visitor to pay his bill and leave the ice rink. A visitor’s behavior must not be dangerous, disturbing or interfering with the other visitors of the Ice rink. A visitor bears responsibility for the above mentioned misbehavior in accordance with the Legislation of Russian Federation
17. A visitor bears full responsibility for any damage caused to the property of “Riviera” Ice rink or other visitors.
18. A visitor must reimburse the sum of the property damaged or lost in accordance with the price list.
19. The visitors of the Ice-rink take obligation to follow the rules of safety. Take care when skating in the rink!
20. The administration of the Ice-rink bears no responsibility for the visitors’ health, accidents or injuries in the Ice-rink.
21. The payment for the visiting the skating rink is a visitor’s agreement with the above mentioned behavior Rules in “Riviera” Ice-rink.
