“Riviera” aquapark’s behavior and safety rules

Section 1. General rules for the use of Aquarpark services.

1.1.Only visitors wearing electronic bracelet are allowed to attend aquapark “Riviera” (hereinafter referred to as “Aquapark”).

1.2.Electronic bracelet is a ticket for entering the territory of Aquapark for further use of pools and attractions, a key to personal locker and means of payment for goods and services of Aquapark. All the information about purchased goods and services is electronically accumulated on the bracelet. The cost of Aquapark services is set up in the Pricelist approved by the General Director of LLC “Aquaparl-Suvar”.

1.3.Upon purchasing (receiving) an entry ticket (electronic bracelet) a visitor gives his consent to follow the rules and procedures of visiting Aquapark and bears full responsibility for their violation in compliance with the present Rules and applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.4.The visitor is responsible for the safekeeping of the electronic bracelet and should show it upon any request of Aquapark staff. In case of losing the bracelet the visitor should pay 350 rubles fine.

1.5.Time of staying in Aquapark starts counting from the moment of purchasing (receiving) the entry ticket (electronic bracelet) till the moment it is handed back at the cashier’s counter at the exit. Money is not reimbursed in case of incomplete use of purchased time of stay.

1.6.In case of technical glitches of attractions or lack of floating devices for going down the slides resulting in failure to use them, prices for the purchased services are not revised for the period of stay.

1.7.If the visitor exceeds the limit of paid time he should pay for extra time as per the set rate at the cashier’s counter at the exit.

1.8.The visitors are allowed to stay on site only at the set operational hours of Aquapark.

1.9.At the sign of slightest queer or injury the Visitor should report to the Medical aid station located on the 2nd floor of Aquapark.

1.10. Women should be wearing synthetic swimsuits, men – synthetic swimming trunks, children under the age of 2 – special waterproof diapers when visiting Aquapark. Cotton swimsuits and trunks are not allowed.

1.11. In order to avoid injuries on the slippery surfaces and to follow the rules of personal hygiene, the visitors should wear rubber-sole footwear when in Aquapark.

1.12. In order to provide personal safety, it is not allowed to wear swimsuits or trunks with belts, rivets, buckles, metal accessories or wear jewelry, etc. when using pools and attractions.

1.13. Visitors should treat each other with respect and do not interfere with the recreation of others.

1.14. Taking pictures and recording video is prohibited in Aquapark. Only the Administration of Aquapark has a sole right to publish photos or broadcast videos made in Aquapark.

1.15. If you witness a theft or damage of visitor’s belongings you should immediately advice Aquapark staff and they will draw up a statement of fact.

1.16. In order to provide public security and prevent terroristic acts, visitors should show the contents of their personal belongings for checking to security staff of Aquapark.

1.17. Visitors should make a prepayment to electronic bracelet at the cashier’s counter in order to be able to pay in Aquapark outlets. Money that was not spent is refunded upon showing the check at the same cashier’s counter where the prepayment was made.

1.18. In accordance with Clause 32 of Consumer protection laws of the Russian Federation and Clause 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation “Riviera” aquapark does not refund money for the services that were provided.

1.19. Upon getting a bracelet the visitor should fill out the note of acknowledgement and following the present rules, as well as taking the responsibility for children.

1.20. Visitors should adhere to the requirements of Aquapark staff set in terms of ensuring safety, cleanliness and order on the territory of Aquapark.


Section 2. Rules of using coat check.

2.1.Overclothes and footwear should be left in the cot check. In is prohibited to enter the territory of entertainment area in the footwear you wear outdoors.

2.2.Upon handing in his overclothes and footwear to coat check the visitor gets a coat check ticket. If lost or damaged, the visitor pays a fine in the amount of 100 rubles for the coat check ticket.


Section 3. Rules of using changing room and shower.

3.1.Passing through the turngate, the visitor enters the changing room with individual cabins, changes and put his belongings into the individual locker, closes it in accordance with the instruction that is placed on the locker. Follow the same instruction to open the locker.

3.2.In case you lose the bracelet, the locker is opened by Administration and a Formal note is drawn up.

3.3.Before visiting aqua zone of Aquapark the visitor should take a shower. It is not allowed to use any glassware (dishware, washing means and cosmetics in glassware, etc.) to avoid cuts.


Section 4. Rules of behavior on water attractions and in water pools of Aquapark.

4.1.Visitors having cardiovascular and psychoneurological diseases, spine and locomotor system dysfunctions and other diseases are prohibited to use Aquapark attractions. Pregnant women are prohibited to go down the slides, sauna is allowed only after seeing the doctor.

4.2.Before using water attractions, the visitor must familiarize himself with safety rules and the procedure of their use. All the required information regarding safety rules and use of attractions is posted on information boards, or can be obtained from the safety instructor of Aquapark that controls the use of the given attraction. Administration bears no responsibility for injuries and damages resulting from not following water attractions safety rules.

4.3.It is prohibited to jump or dive into the water from the edges, keep each other under the water, scream, do tumbling stunts, hold breath under the water.

4.4.To avoid falls and injuries, quick walking and running is prohibited in Aquapark.

4.5.Visitors not having swimming skills are prohibited to use the slides and water pools. Administration takes no responsibility for the safety of such Visitors in case they violate the given Rule.

4.6.It is prohibited to slide down on the belly, head foremost or standing. Visitor must start sliding down with his legs foremost, sitting, or laying on the back.

4.7.It is prohibited to purposefully change motion path when inside the tube, to shake the boat, let the handle go, etc.

4.8.It is prohibited to use attractions or the pools in overcloth, long pants or shorts, swimsuits with belts, rivets, buckles and other metal decorations, as well as wearing jewelry, glasses and other accessories.

4.9.Before going down the slide, the visitor should hold the rail (if there is one) and get ready for sliding which is allowed only after getting the permission of safety instructor of Aquapark, or the green signal of traffic light.

4.10. In order to avoid possible injuries, the visitor should leave receiving pool immediately after sliding down.

4.11. It is prohibited for two or more people to slide down all at once without special boats. It is allowed to start sliding down only after the slide is free of previous visitors and the previous visitor has completely finished his slide and cleared the finish area.

4.12. It is prohibited to slide down without water being supplied, i.e. in all cases when automatic water supply is turned off.

4.13. Visitors with signs of alcoholic or drug intoxication are prohibited to slide down, as well as those who are under the effect of medicine that slows reaction down.

4.14. Aquapark safe-guards coordinate the sequence of traffic moving to attractions. The visitors must follow all the requests of safe-guards and other staff of Aquapark in regards to providing safety and order, keeping cleanliness on the territory of Aquapark.

4.15. Visitors use the attractions within their own responsibility and at their own risk.

4.16. The following limits in regards to weight and height are specified in Aquapark:

4.16.1. Visitors whose weight is over 120 kilograms are not allowed to all water slides.

4.16.2. Children shorter than 120 sm are not allowed to all water slides except the ones for children.

4.16.3. Children shorter than 140 sm are not allowed to especially tricky attractions: ńěíĺ «Jump into abyss», «Tornado», «Grotto», «Orange» and «Red» slides, as well as outdoor «Twins» and «Elephant» slides.

4.16.4. Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to FlowRider attraction.

4.16.5. In cases, when children violate the set rules and ignore the above-listed limitations adults accompanying children take full responsibility for them.


Section 5. Saunarules.

5.1.When in sauna visitors must use individual towels.

5.2.It is prohibited to pour water or other liquids onto sauna stove. It is prohibited to bring aerosol liquids to sauna.

5.3.It is not allowed to use sauna for personal hygiene purposes (shaving, washing personal belongings, using broom). It is not allowed to use sauna for drying towels and personal belongings.

5.4.Those who have cardiovascular disease should see the doctor before visiting sauna. Detailed sauna rules are available on information stand at the entry to sauna.


Section 6. Aquapark rules for under-age children.

6.1.When in Aquapark, children under the age of 16 must be under the supervision of adults who bear full responsibility for them.

6.2.Children under the age of 16 are allowed to visit Aquapark only if accompanied by adults. Oneadultcanaccompanynotmorethan 8 children.


Section 7. What is PROHIBITED on the territory of Aquapark.

7.1.Visitors are prohibited to enter aquazone territory of Aqupark (outside changing rooms) carrying bags, packages, etc.

7.2.Visitors with open wounds, infectious, skin and other types of diseases are prohibited to attend Aquapark, as well as those wearing bandages or adhesive plasters. Visitors violating the given rule bear full responsibility for the damage caused to other Visitors and respective expenses.

7.3.Smoking is prohibited on the whole territory of Aquapark except for specially allocated areas. Visitor must pay 500 rubles fine for smoking in areas not allocated for that.

7.4.It is not allowed to bring food and beverages to Aquapark.

7.5.It is not allowed to bring firearms, gas, pneumatic and cold arms, piercing and cutting devices, as well as explosive and piceous objects, toxic or smelly substances.

7.6.It is prohibited to conduct sale, advertising or other commercial activities without appropriate permission of Administration.

7.7.It is prohibited to bring animals, birds, reptiles, etc. to Aquapark.

7.8.Visitors with alcoholic, drug or other types of intoxication are not allowed in Aquapark.

7.9.It is prohibited to take food and beverages outside bars and restaurants.

7.10. It is prohibited to access any technical of service premises of Aquapark and to adjust any technical and engineering equipment on your own. Visitors accessing such premises take full responsibility for malfunctions or breakdowns that might occur in the given area.

7.11. Any types of discrimination or disrespect in regards to difference in ethnicity, religion, age, social status or other characteristics are strictly prohibited on the territory of Aquapark.

7.12. It is not allowed to bring personal inflatable buoy except for special cuffs and life jackets for children.

7.13. Visitors must walk only on special paths and it is prohibited to stay in decorations area.

7.14. To avoid injuries, it is prohibited to swim having your hair loose.

7.15. It is prohibited to ignore the signs indicating the depth of pools, instructions and rules of using slides and other attractions (if you do not understand something address safe-guards for explanations).


Section 8. Liability for violating the Rules.

8.1.In case the Visitor loses or damages property of Aquapark at his own fault, he must pay the damage and be held liable for other violations in compliance with effective legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.2.Administration is not liable for the safety of personal belongings and jewelry left in coat check and individual lockers, and if left unattended. Aquapark staff is authorized to take measures against the Visitors with alcoholic and drug intoxication, mentally unstable state, and the Visitors who do not react to remarks of the staff and violate present Rules.

8.3.Violation of Aquapark rules or an attempt to interfere with the recreation of other Visitors is the grounds for removing the Visitor from Aquapark without any refund of paid services.

8.4.Visitor withholds his consent to follow the rules and takes full responsibility for their violation in accordance with present Rules and effective legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.5.Administration is not hold liable for Visitors’ injuries, damage or loss resulting in not following or not properly following the given Rules.

If the Visitor violates the Rules and is forcibly removed from Aquapark, the unused part of the advance payment is NOT REFUNDED.
